01 · ChallengeChallenge
Clínica São Miguel is a general and aesthetic-medicine practice offering everything from routine consultations to treatments like acupuncture and dermal fillers, and it needed a single mark credible enough to cover both ends of that range. The clinic had no consistent visual presence beyond word of mouth, so the identity had to build trust from a first glance — on a business card, a treatment leaflet, a screen — without leaning on the clinical coldness so common in healthcare branding.
02 · ApproachApproach
The symbol pairs a wave with a heart resting at its crest: the wave reads as a wordless gesture of welcome, while the heart folded into its curve signals care without resorting to a medical cross or a stethoscope cliché. It sits in the gap between "Clínica" and "São Miguel," set in a light, wide-spaced geometric caps typeface that keeps the wordmark calm and legible even at business-card scale, and the whole system runs on a single confident royal blue reversed to white — a color that reads as institutional and clean rather than sterile.
03 · SolutionSolution
The result is a compact, disciplined identity that holds up across business cards, tri-fold treatment brochures for services like traditional Chinese medicine and aesthetic procedures, and the clinic's digital presence. Because the mark is built from one line weight and one color, it reproduces cleanly whether it's foil-stamped on a card or printed alongside close-up clinical photography, giving the practice a consistent, trustworthy face across every patient touchpoint.
